Mª Luisa Gómez Jiménez
Administrative Law PhD. Regional Planning University Specialist, Polytechnic University of Valencia. She develops an intense teaching and research work at the University of Malaga. She was a visiting professor at Virginia Tech, Polytechnic Institute of Technology in Blacksburg at Virginia Centre for Housing Research. Visiting Professor at Harvard University at different times, and member of the Spanish Association of Professors of Administrative Law, she has been proposed as the Liaison for Public Policy of the Higher Education Technology and Learning Association, based in New York. She participates in the RUITS, Research Unit of the Faculty of Law, Arts and Sciences of Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (UK). Director of research projects in the field of construction, housing and social rights.
Giampiero Bambagioni is Property Economist, University Lecturer of Evaluation of programmes and projects and Real Estate Finance in Master Courses (University of Rome “La Sapienza” and Perugia University), Expert in Housing and Land Management including Smart Cities Policies.
He is Head of Scientific and International Activities of Tecnoborsa. Economic advisor for some relevant public and private Organizations at Italian and international level on the issues of the development, Housing and land management and economic policies, Valorisation of public assets, appraisal and real estate finance, REITs, Non-performing loans (NPLs).
He is cooperating with UNECE since 2001. Member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Real Estate Market Advisory Group (REM), since its constitution on 2008. Current UNECE REM Chair.
Giampiero Bambagioni is author and co-author several scientific essays and articles, and scientific coordinator of research projects. Under his leadership has been elaborated – with the involvement of an international Task Force – the UNECE REM Policy Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets: Principles and guidance for the development of a country's real estate sector (2010).
He holds a MSc in Economics; he obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has attended specialization Courses at the SDA Bocconi University (Milan) and from the University of Milano, Italy. He holds a Diploma in “European Public Management and Economic Policy” from Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione (SNA) under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (Italy). Javier Boned Purkiss
Title of Architect by ETSA of Madrid in 1989. Since 1990 he has developed his career in Malaga, working with the architect Salvador Moreno Peralta. They obtained Honourable Mention in 1995 Malaga Architecture Awards. Freelance since 1994. He started teaching in 1998-99 and 1999-2000 courses, teaching Architectural Design at the SEK University of Segovia. In the 2000-01 academic year, he joined the private architecture school EADE, home of the University of Wales in Malaga. This phase culminated in 2004 with the reading of the dissertation entitled "Serialism and architecture: the architecture of the fifties and sixties and their relations with serial music" directed by Professor of Architectural Design at the ETSA of Madrid L.A. Gutiérrez Cabrero. In his teaching career he shows particular interest to investigate and deepen the cultural and artistic aspects of architecture. During 2005-06 he joined the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Málaga as an associate professor, obtaining Doctor Contracted job in 2011, and teaching different subjects of Theory and History of Architecture, introducing theoretical music and film content.

Expert in energy efficiency of buildings by the Andalusian Council of Industrial Engineers. Technical partner for the coordination and development of the first Energy Optimization Plans of the municipalities of Malaga, through the Malaga Provincial Government and the Society of Planning and Development (Sopde). Director of Engineering and Projects 4TEnergy since 2014 and Head of Engineering at TCS Ingenieros since 2000.
José Antonio Conde Heredia
Technical Architrect, Building Engineer, Master´s Degree in Sustainability and Building Management in the Tourism Sector and Professional Expert in Facility Management. BREAAM associate as well as member of the Review Committee of the BREAAM 2019 manual in the waste area. He is Passivehaus Tradesperson and member of the CE marking and evaluation committee, as notified body of the CEMOSA laboratory. He develops his professional activity as Responsible for Quality and Sustainability in Construcciones Bonifacio Solís, S.L. building company. Vice President and Secretary of the Official Association of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Malaga since 2009 and Accountant Treasurer of the Andalusian Council of Quantity Surveyors since 2013.

Trained in planning and architecture, Ann Forsyth is a Professor of Urban Planning and Director of the Masters in Urban Planning Program at Harvard. Previously she was a professor of city and regional planning at Cornell (2007-2012) of urban design at the University of Minnesota, directing the Metropolitan Design Center (2002-2007). She earlier taught at Harvard Design School (1999-2002) and at the University of Massachusetts (1993-1999) where she was co-director of a small community design center, the Urban Places Project.
Forsyth specializes in the social aspects of physical planning with three main areas of contribution: innovative planning and design in suburban/metropolitan areas—what it is and the results when implemented-, healthy places—how can the physical environment improve health-, and analyses and critiques of the process of planning and design in these areas.
Her publications include five books, two manuals concern building healthier places and she has written over 170 articles, reviews, and chapters in planning, geography, health, and design including almost 80 refereed articles, and has developed a number of planning tools—from participatory methods and surveys to GIS protocols.
Forsyth has won over 50 awards, honors, and fellowships for professional and research work. She has a BSc(Honors) in Architecture from the University of Sydney, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a PhD from Cornell.
Alfonso Gago Calderón

Professor of the Master's Degree in Project Preparation BIM and Project Management (DP in BIM Projects + DP in Project Management) of the Universidad de Jaén. "López Peñalver" Prize Universidad de Málaga: Best young researcher in the area of engineering and architecture (2013). Special Mention in the II Innovation Awards of the Alberto Elzaburu Foundation (2015). Author of 3 books/chapters, 7 patents, 12 scientific articles in indexed journals (JCR & SCOPUS) and an extensive participation in international conferences. Fields of study: Applications of LED technology, electronic control for opto-electronic systems based on microcontrollers and microprocessors and development of light electric vehicles (LEVs).

Ester Higueras García
Ester Higueras, is a Doctor of Architecture, professor of the UPM, and professor of the Master of Environment and Bioclimatic Architecture of the UPM, as well as the University Master of Territorial Planning of the UPM. She has participated in numerous post-graduate courses and conferences. She has directed more than 15 doctoral thesis and has been tutor of more than 60 Final Degree projects of the UPM.

Helena Madureira is geographer and holds a Ph.D. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Porto. She is assistant professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Porto. She is an integrated member of Centre of Studies on Geography and Spatial Planning (CEGOT), a research centre dedicated to geography and spatial planning. Her research focuses on green infrastructures planning, landscape and spatial planning and urban environmental planning.

Carlos Rosa Jiménez
PhD in the area of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Malaga. Specialized in Building and Urban Development architect (1996) by E.T.S. Architecture of Seville, where he won the III Dragados Award for Best Thesis (1997). He began his research career as an intern FPDI of the Board of Andalusia in the same school (1999-2003). In 2003 he performed a doctorate from the University of Seville and received the Extraordinary Doctoral Award a year later. In 2007 he joined Malaga University as an Assistant Professor at E.T.S. Architecture, of which he was secretary in the period 2007-10. He has lectured in courses of international PhD and participated in numerous projects of regional and national research in the line of tourism, regional development and historical heritage. It highlights the project of excellence "Minimum pieces of Tourism" and "Atlas Tourism on the Costa del Sol", with research contracts as writing.

Francisco Serrano Casares
Professor at the Industrial Engineering School of the University of Malaga. PhD in Physics from the University of Malaga in 1981. He has taught at the Faculty of Sciences, the University School of Industrial Technical Engineering and the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers. He is a specialist in Thermodynamics and Renewable Energies. From the 2012-2013 academic year, he teaches in the Degree in Energy Engineering, of which he has been coordinator, being currently the coordinator of Business Practices.
He has been Academic Director of the Own Title of the University of Malaga Expert in Renewable Energies, Director of the University Institute of Research and Technological Control and Director of the Department of Thermal Engines and Machines. He is currently coordinator of the Andalusian Institute of Renewable Energies at the University of Malaga.
He has participated and directed several research projects of the National Research Plans. He is responsible of the Energy Group (TEP 139) of the Junta de Andalucía. He has various publications in scientific journals and international and national conferences. Likewise, he has carried out various works and reports for companies and official organizations.
